Once our recruiting team has reviewed the skills and experience listed in your application, we will decide whether or not to move you to the evaluation phase. All applicants must successfully pass two 10-15 minutes evaluations with our team.
Once you have completed the evaluation phase, and passed a basic background check, you may be offered a contract with our service. Then, you’ll be asked to provide materials for your profile. The final step is an online training program that teaches you step-by-step how to take calls with our system.
Most applicants complete the process from start to finish in approximately one month.
